All our wedding packages come with the following services:

Online Gallery

You will receive a secure and private Online gallery with your photos.  Your gallery will not expire as long as we are still in business.

Downloads

Through your online gallery, you will be able to download your photos in High Resolution. No Extra Charges for better quality images! 

Photo Editing

We edit every photo that goes into your online gallery for a professional and beautiful look. We have no cap on the number of edits we do. 

Print Release

Want to print your own photos? Go for it! You will receive a print release document allowing you to print your own photos at any photo lab. 

Print Lab

We also give you the option to print with us. For your convenience, you can easily print your photos directly from your online gallery. 

Easily Share

Our online gallery is easy to share with friends and family. Our online tool also makes it easy to share photos on any social media platform. 

No Watermarks

We do not like to watermark photos. When sharing your photos online, we do appreciate and love our clients that give us photo credit. 

Quick Delivery

We are fully committed to delivering your photos as soon as possible. Our current delivery time is within 2 weeks from the wedding.

The Process

How to book us for your wedding 

1. Inquire

It’s very simple to reach out to us. Fill out the form below, email or text us more details about your wedding (wedding day, hours needed, ceremony and reception location, etc). We will then check our availability and get back to you soon.

2. Sign & Pay Retainer

We will send you a Wedding Photography Contract for you to read and sign electronically. After signing, you will be prompted to pay a $250 non-refundable retainer to secure your day. We only do one wedding per day, so after this step we will reject any further inquiries on your wedding day. 

3. Engagement Session

The Divine, Celestial, and Heavenly Collection comes with a 1 to 2 hour(s) engagement session. This will be a great and fun time for us to meet, talk and get some amazing photos. After the session, you can expect to receive your photos online within 1 week. 

4. Wedding Day

Your full payment is due one-week before the wedding and can be paid online (debit/credit), zelle or cash. After the wedding, you can expect your photos to be delivered online within 2-3 weeks. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge a travel fee?

All Wedding Collections at Heavenly Captures qualify for complimentary travel within the beautiful counties of Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo. Whether your dream wedding unfolds in Santa Barbara or Paso Robles, rest assured there are no additional fees. However, weddings outside our service area will incur travel fees.

Please note, this offer is exclusively for wedding day coverage. For engagement sessions, we operate within a 30-mile radius of Santa Maria. Sessions located 30-60 miles away from Santa Maria will incur a modest $50 travel fee. If your session is further than 60 miles from Santa Maria, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us for further details

Do you have a booking Deposit/retainer?

To reserve your special day with Heavenly Captures, we kindly request a non-refundable $250 retainer fee. This retainer isn’t an additional charge but a necessary deposit to secure and reserve your selected date. Please be aware that this fee confirms the reservation of your date and is non-refundable.

Do you provide RAW files?

At Heavenly Captures, we typically do not offer RAW files to our clients, and here’s the reasoning behind it: Our pride lies in delivering a final product that embodies our professional expertise and artistic vision. The post-processing and editing techniques we employ are integral to achieving the stunning and consistent results our clients cherish. By furnishing only the meticulously edited, high-quality images, we guarantee you receive the finest representation of your memories or products.

RAW files resemble unprocessed negatives and may not align with our quality standards or match the distinctive style you’ve grown accustomed to from us. Be assured, our commitment remains steadfast in presenting exceptional, fully processed photographs that impeccably encapsulate the essence of your moments or products.

Do you offer Prints?

We give you Print Rights that allow you to save money by printing on your own. You will also be able to download your photos in high resolution, giving you a much better printing quality.

We also give you the option to print your photos through your online gallery. You will have access to many print sizes, canvas prints, albums, metal prints, and much more. All Prints and products are produced in a professional printing lab.

When should I expect to receive my Photos?

We are dedicated to providing you with your photos in a timely manner. On average, you can expect your photos to be delivered to you online within two weeks of your wedding. 

Do you charge sales taxes?

According to California state regulations:

“Sales of electronically transferred photographs to customers are exempt from taxation when no tangible personal property is provided to the customer. Digital photographs can be electronically transferred via email, the internet, file transfer protocol (FTP), downloaded from an online gallery, or directly to the customer’s computer. Charges for the digital images and all fees related to their creation or production are exempt from taxation when no tangible personal property is provided to the customer.”

Rest assured, all your photos will be conveniently delivered to you through an online gallery, with no CD or USB creation involved. This approach ensures that no sales tax will be applied to your purchase

Do you accept Debit or Credit Card Payments?

We utilize an online booking system that allows our clients to pay for their wedding Photography. All major debit cards and Credit Cards are accepted. We also accept cash and zelle. 

What is your Cancellation, Resheduling and Refund Policy?

Retainer Fee:
A non-refundable retainer fee of $250 is required to secure your booking. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable as it compensates for rejecting potential clients and reserving your day exclusively for you.

Refund Policy: Once the photo gallery has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. The delivery of the gallery indicates the completion of our photography service, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds at this stage.
