We edit every photo that goes into your online gallery for a professional and beautiful look. We have no cap on the number of edits.
Print Release
Want to print your own photos? Go for it! You will receive a print release document allowing you to print your own photos.
Print Lab
We also give you the option to print with us. For your convenience, you can easily print your photos directly from your online gallery.
Easily Share
Our online gallery is easy to share with friends and family. Our online tool also makes it easy to share photos online.

We do not like to watermark photos. When sharing your photos online, we do appreciate and love our clients that give us photo credit.

Do you charge a travel fee?
We are proud to call Santa Maria, CA our home base, and we’re pleased to offer our services without a travel fee for destinations within a 30-mile radius of our city. This includes neighboring areas such as Nipomo, San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, Oceano, and more, all of which fall within our complimentary travel range.
If your location extends beyond the 30-mile radius, we’re still committed to serving you. For a seamless experience, we offer travel to locations up to 60 miles away for a modest additional fee of $50. This applies to destinations like Paso Robles and Santa Barbara, which fall within this extended service range and would incur the $50 travel fee.
If your location extends beyond the 60-mile radius, then please contact us to give you a better estimate for your photo session.
Do you have a booking Deposit/retainer?
To secure your session, we kindly request a non-refundable $50 retainer fee. This retainer is not an extra charge; rather, it is a necessary deposit to confirm and reserve your chosen date. It’s important to note that this fee ensures the reservation of your date and is not eligible for a refund.
Do you provide RAW files?
At Heavenly Captures, we do not typically provide RAW files to our clients, and here’s why: We take pride in delivering a final product that reflects our professional expertise and artistic vision. Our post-processing and editing techniques are a crucial part of creating the stunning and consistent results that our clients love. By providing only the edited, high-quality images, we ensure that you receive the best possible representation of your memories or products. RAW files are essentially like unprocessed negatives and may not meet our quality standards or match the style you’ve come to expect from us. Rest assured, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional, fully processed photographs that capture the essence of your moments or products at their best.
Do you offer Prints?
We give you Print Rights that allow you to save money by printing on your own. You will also be able to download your photos in high resolution, giving you a much better printing quality.
We also give you the option to print your photos through your online gallery. You will have access to many print sizes, canvas prints, albums, metal prints, and much more. All Prints and products are produced in a professional printing lab.
When should I expect to receive my Photos?
We are dedicated to providing you with your photos in a timely manner. On average, you can expect your photos to be delivered to you online within one week following your photo session. It’s important to keep in mind that for wedding sessions, the editing process may require a bit more time, and you can anticipate delivery within a maximum of two weeks.
Do you charge sales taxes?
According to California state regulations:
“Sales of electronically transferred photographs to customers are exempt from taxation when no tangible personal property is provided to the customer. Digital photographs can be electronically transferred via email, the internet, file transfer protocol (FTP), downloaded from an online gallery, or directly to the customer’s computer. Charges for the digital images and all fees related to their creation or production are exempt from taxation when no tangible personal property is provided to the customer.”
Rest assured, all your photos will be conveniently delivered to you through an online gallery, with no CD or USB creation involved. This approach ensures that no sales tax will be applied to your purchase
Do you accept Debit or Credit Card Payments?
We utilize an online booking system that allows our clients to pay for their Photo sessions online. All major debit cards and Credit Cards are accepted.
What is your Cancellation, Resheduling and Refund Policy?
Retainer Fee:
A non-refundable retainer fee of $50 is required to secure your booking. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable as it compensates for rejecting potential clients and reserving your session slot exclusively for you.
Rescheduling: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. In the event you need to reschedule your session, please notify us at least 5 days before the scheduled date, and we’ll gladly accommodate you for a future date, subject to availability.
Refund Policy: Once the photo gallery has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. The delivery of the gallery indicates the completion of our photography service, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds at this stage.
